About Troy's Dream Inc
Empowering youth. Strengthening families. Building communities.
Our Story
Troy's Dream, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded on the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential and make a meaningful impact in the world.
We work at the intersection of leadership development, community building, and environmental education — assembling, engaging, and mobilizing young people to become the change-makers their communities need.
From our Future Leaders program to our Seeds2Seeds garden initiative, everything we do is rooted in the conviction that when we invest in youth, we invest in the future of our communities.
Our Mission
To improve our communities, build stronger families, and nourish our youth. We do this work by assembling, engaging, and mobilizing young people.
"Dare to be different… Make a change!"
Our Values
Leadership
We believe every young person has the capacity to lead. We cultivate that potential through mentorship, education, and hands-on experience.
Community
Strong communities are built by the people who live in them. We equip youth with the tools to become active, engaged members of their neighborhoods.
Empowerment
We dare young people to be different — to stand up, speak out, and make a change. Empowerment is at the heart of everything we do.
Education
From classroom skills to garden-based learning, we believe education is the foundation for a better tomorrow.
